Gaming and Wagering Commission advises:
Gaming and Wagering Commission have no FTE directly allocated to Freedom of Information Unit or similar. Freedom of Information services are provided to the Gaming and Wagering Commission by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety, through a service level agreement.
Racing and Wagering Western Australia advises:
(a) Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) has allocated the performance of its obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (WA) to one FTE as part of their existing and broader role. RWWA’s resourcing is assessed regularly based on the volume and complexity of Freedom of Information requests received. This approach allows RWWA to allocate appropriate resources flexibly and efficiently, ensuring compliance while maintaining operational effectiveness.
