(3) Since 1 August 2007, has the Government and/or its Agencies (including any consultants) had any communications with Arc Energy Ltd and/or its associated entities, including its consultants Alcoa, in relation to the supply of gas to an alumina refinery under consideration by Alcoa?
(4) Since 1 May 2007, has the Government and/or its Agencies (including any of its consultants) been provided with feasibility studies, business plans, concept documents, or otherwise by Rio Tinto and/or Alcoa, and/or their associated entities (including any consultants affiliated therewith), evaluating the establishment of an alumina refinery within 60 kilometres of Point Torment near Derby, and incorporating one or more of (not all-inclusive), -

(b) plant support facilities, including workshops, amenities buildings, a central plant control building, chemical laboratory and a main central administration building for one or both of the refinery and mine;
(c) crushers, storage bins, grinding trains, conveyors, ball mills and/or slurry feed and storage tanks;
(d) operating digestion units (eg. for caustic concentration), agitators, heat exchangers, flash steam heaters;
(e) de-sanding, hydrate storage tanks, mud settling tanks;
(f) drying areas to facilitate spreading of thickened red mud slurry;
(g) residue disposal areas for disposal of spent sulphuric acid and other residues;
(h) port facilities able to accept ships up to at least 75 000 DWT, and including a berthing pocket and turning basin; and
(i) port facilities able to receive and dispatch materials required for use by an alumina refinery, such as caustic soda, bulk lime and other specialty chemicals?
