It has been suggested that the extra $5 million provided to the Western Australian Tourism Commission as a result of the collapse of Ansett Australia has come from the regional development budget. (1) Can the minister advise the House whether this is correct? (2) If so, what programs budgeted for in the regional development portfolio will have to be axed to enable the funds to be transferred to the Tourism Commission? Hon TOM STEPHENS
