(1) WorkCover WA is currently assessing the potential impact on the workers' compensation scheme of removing the current age limits.
(2) I have authorised WorkCover WA to investigate options for changing or removing the age limits in the
Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981
and to assess the potential impact of any such changes on the scheme.
