32. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
(1) How many
run-off-road crashes occurred on the 93-kilometre section of South Western
Highway between the Pemberton turnoff and Walpole in —
(a) 2013;
(b) 2014; and
(c) 2015 to date?
(2) Have
community consultations about options to widen this section of highway been
concluded?
(3) If no to (2), what further
consultations are planned?
(4) If yes to (2), what were the
results of the consultation?
(5) What funding was allocated to
this project in 2014–15?
(6) What funding
is required to undertake the safety improvements that the community is rightly
demanding, and when will this work be undertaken?
