refer to the temporary suspension of part IV environmental assessment fees
payable under the Environmental Protection (Cost Recovery) Regulations
2021. What is the total value of fees yet to be invoiced by the department?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me by
the Minister for Environment.
In
line with the response to the members earlier questions dated 12 and 19 October
2022, normal invoicing processes , including verification of the
appropriate value of individual invoices, will resume shortly and no government
revenue will be foregone.
