(2) Additional green time has been given to the traffic signal phase controlling the southbound Mitchell Freeway off-ramp that exits onto Hutton Street during the morning peak. The additional green time has been provided to clear traffic that would otherwise queue along the off-ramp. (3) Not applicable.
