(1) How many times has the Minister met with the Director Generals/Chief Executive Officers of the Departments and Agencies within the Minister’s portfolios to specifically discuss the three per cent efficiency dividend?
(2) How many times has the Minister met with the Treasurer to specifically discuss the ways in which the efficiency dividend could be applied to Departments or Agencies within the Minister’s portfolios?
(3) Has the Minister prepared any submissions to the Economic and Expenditure Review Committee setting out the Minister’s recommendations by which the efficiency dividend will be met within the Departments or Agencies under the Minister’s portfolios; and
(a) if so, how many?

(1) The three percent efficiency dividend was covered on two occasions as part of general discussions on the makeup of the 2009/10 Budget.
(2-3a) No.
Metropolitan Cemeteries Board
(1) The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board are self funded "non budget" agency (out of scope) and are therefore not subject to the three percent efficiency dividend.
(2-3a) No.
Heritage Council of WA
(1) I have met with the Acting Director of the Heritage Council and he advised that the Heritage Council is not subject to the three percent efficiency dividend.
(2-3a) No.
National Trust of Australia (WA) and the Office of Multicultural Interests
(1) Nil.
(2-3a) No.
