I refer to the Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS), and with respect to each hospital, multi-purpose service and health service, I ask: (a) what is the operating cost for 2017-18 for each site; (b) what is the expected capital improvement cost in 2017-18 for each site; (c) what is the total FTE for each site; (d) what are the specific arrangements for each site for on-call, contract or salaried doctors detailing costs; (e) on how many occasions in the last 12 months has WACHS been unable to maintain 24 hours a day, seven days a week doctor coverage at sites where that would be expected to be the case; (f) how many clinical incidents have occurred in the last 12 months by site; and (g) of those identified in (f), how many incidents occurred whilst a doctor was not available to attend the site?
