(a) WorkSafe received 2064 notifications of injuries. Some of the injuries were notified to WorkSafe more than once by different parties. WorkSafe's case management system does not provide scope for a report to be extracted detailing the type of injury reported.
(b) Yes.
(c) None of these occasions have resulted in prosecution at this time.
(d) Not applicable.
