I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Investigations have been conducted in relation to log transport to Colli and Sons. (2) Two; one in 1998 and one is ongoing. (3) Yes. The 1998 investigation related to the failure on the part of a contractor’s truck driver to complete a log delivery note as required under regulation 35(1) of the Forest Management Regulations 1993. (4) A $200 fine and $205 for costs.
