I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) The report was commissioned by, was paid for and is owned by the Department of Health. (2) This is a quality review and, as such, is not normally photocopied or distributed. However, the following arrangements have been made for this report: Kalamunda Community Care Inc has provided a summary of the recommendations to all clients and copies of the full report have been made available for people interested in reading the 90-page report in more detail initially at Kalamunda Community Care offices and at local member of Parliament, Mr John Day’s office. As some clients had problems accessing these sites, further copies were made available at the member of Parliament, Mr Stuart Henry’s office. Hon Helen Morton’s office has also been provided with an electronic copy of the report. (3) Yes. (4) The executive summary can be provided to members of the public upon request. However, full copies of the report, or other sections of it, can be copied at the expense of interested members of the public. (5) The “plan for continuous improvement” section of the quality review report allows identification of the completion date and by whom the task is required to be completed. The North Metropolitan Area Health Service will continue to monitor the implementation of the recommendations through standard contract management procedures. This will include regular review meetings with Kalamunda Community Care to monitor the implementation and progress of the key performance indicators highlighted in the “plan for continuous improvement” section.
