The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal does not produce an annual report, therefore the response is not applicable.
Department of State Development:
(a-b) The cost of producing and distributing the Department of State Development's 2010/11 Annual Report was $12,434.
Gold Corporation:
(a) The production cost is $5,500 which includes the concept development, design, layout by an advertising agency.
(b) Copies were printed internally mainly for the Premier's office and they were couriered; the cost of courier is very minimal.
