No, but I think that is something that is basically
confidential to them. Again, there is no great secrecy about the state
government settlements because they are to a maximum value of $190 000, and
quite a number of people received $190 000. Any further redress they may seek
is a matter between them and Western Power through the court process. There is
no restriction or limitation on government at all. That is the process: they
are taking action through the court, Western Power is responding and the court
has ordered mediation. There may be some settlements in some cases; that is up
to the legal process.
