MAIN ROADS — DATA COLLECTION
975. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Auditor General's
twenty-fifth report of 2022–23, which states —

permitted to, MRWA has continued to collect anonymous data from local road

comply with the Regulations.
(1) On what date was the minister
first informed of this noncompliance with the regulations?
(2) On what date
was the minister informed that Main Roads Western Australia is now complying
with the regulations?
