1. The following funds have been committed:
(a) $350,000 has been committed for site stormwater, subsoil drainage, sedimentation and treatment ponds.
(b) $245,000 has been committed for car park and access road works.
(c) $967,000 has been committed for the removal and remediation of acid sulphate soils and heavy clay.
(d) $120,000 for electrical mains supply and $75,000 for sewer extension work.
2. The main contractor for the new Denmark Health facility is Jaxon Constructions. The sub-contactors employed by Jaxon Constructions include Denmark Earthmoving, Construction Plumbing (Albany and Denmark) and Castlehow Electrical (Albany).
3. (a) Denmark Earthmoving has carried out the bulk earthworks. The civil drainage, main sewer and water supply work has been undertaken by Construction Plumbing and Castlehow Electrical has carried out all in?ground electrical mains supply.
(b) Denmark Earthmoving has been contracted to undertake necessary roadworks and some site works. Construction Plumbing has been contracted to undertake all building plumbing and Castlehow Electrical has been contracted to complete building electrical work.
4. Based on the current builders' claims to date $908,000 to Denmark Earthmoving, $211,000 to Construction Plumbing and $120,000 to Castlehow Electrical.
5. Earthworks including bulk earthworks, civil drainage and mains site electrical supply.
6. $1.757 million.
7. 21,000 cubic metres.
8. 20,000 cubic metres.
9. Organochlorine Pesticide (OCP) soils have been diluted and taken to the Denmark Shire rubbish tip. Acid Sulphate Soils (ASS) have been treated, then taken to Denmark Earthmoving's own pits.
