572. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Planning:
I refer to the City of Gosnells'
local planning scheme 24 and its local planning strategy that were forwarded to
the Western Australian Planning Commission for consideration in March 2021.
(1) Has the WAPC finalised its
consideration of LPS 24 and the local planning strategy; and, if so, when?
(2) If yes to (1), has LPS 24 been presented to the
minister for a final decision; and, if yes, when was it presented?
(3) If no to (1),
what is the status of the WAPC's consideration of LPS 24 and the local
planning strategy?
