I refer to liaison between the
Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority and the City of Perth in relation to the
freedom of information applications.
(1) Since 1 March
2016, has the MRA been consulted in relation to the freedom of information
application submitted to the City of Perth concerning the Elizabeth Quay water
park and playgrounds?
(2) If yes to (1), has the MRA
raised objections to the release of sections of certain documents?
(3) If yes to (2), on what date were those objections
first made to the City of Perth and what were those objections?
(4) In
consultation between the MRA and the City of Perth, were the MRA's
objections to sections of certain documents continuing; and, if so, why?

for Planning. I was getting very excited to be able to assist the Attorney General
in answering the question, but unfortunately I do not have an answer in the
file for the Minister for Planning. If it comes in by the time question time is
