(2) Rebates normally relate to a discount offered by a service provider for products or services provided to a customer. If the St John Ambulance Centre wishes to investigate the possibility of rebates, in the form of discounts on headworks charges, I would suggest it contacts the appropriate essential service provider such as Western Power or the Water Corporation. If the "rebates" enquired about relate to financial assistance offered through Government Schemes, I would suggest that the St John Ambulance Centre contacts the Department of Local Government and Regional Development and the South West Development Commission to discuss the details of its project and investigate the potential for funding assistance.
