With reference to answer to question on notice No. 3817 and question without notice No. 322 asked on 13 June 2012 and responses from the Police Department in Estimates hearings on Tuesday, 5 June 2012, I ask —
(1) Was it Kristine Leo, the permanent officer in the Office of State Security and Emergency Coordination of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in December 2009, who sought the approval of the Director General of the Department to proceed on annual and long service leave to be followed by 12 months leave without pay to take up a position of Crisis Management Coordinator with Woodside?
(2) If no to (1), what was the name of the officer in the Office of State Security and Emergency Coordination of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in December 2009, who sought the approval of the Director General of the Department to proceed on annual and long service leave to be followed by 12 months leave without pay to take up a position of Crisis Management Coordinator with Woodside?
(3) If yes to (1), why did the Minister of Police or the Police in the Estimates hearing of Tuesday, 5 June 2012 not know this?
