I refer the minister to the stop orders that were recently issued against Magellan Metals. (1) Will the minister table the stop order issued on 31 December? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) Will the minister table all correspondence between Magellan Metals and the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority regarding the stop orders issued on 31 December 2010 and 18 February 2011? No stop order was placed on Magellan Metals by the Minister for Environment on 18 February 2011 pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
