(1) In relation to the March 2018 document, Perth and Peel @3.5 million , what other population growth scenarios were considered other than the view that population of Perth and Peel would increase by 1.5 million over thirty years? (2) What were the fundamental assumptions of those scenarios, if they were considered at all? (3) If such alternate growth scenarios were considered by the Department and the Western Australian Planning Commission, why were they not included as reference points in such an important strategic planning document?
