I ask, how many family and domestic violence offenders subject to mandatory GPS monitoring orders are currently unable to be monitored due to mobile network coverage in the South West region
:
(a) of these, how many have instead been remanded in custody, consistent with the Premier's public statement that offenders should be "remain behind bars" where monitoring is not feasible;
(b) what is the current cost and expiry date of the electronic monitoring contract with Allied Universal Electronic Monitoring Australia:
(i) has a tender process begun for its renewal or replacement;
(c) what specific steps has the Department of Justice taken since April 2025 to resolve the mobile blackspot monitoring gap in regional WA; and
(d) how many mobile network blackspots affecting GPS monitoring have been identified in the South West since April 2025:
