The Western Australia Police advise that the possibility of a small “kiosk” style coffee / retail outlet was provided in the design of the Perth Police Centre. Initial indications were that such a kiosk could lease for approximately $10,000 per annum gross. However, security reviews have resulted in that function being deemed inappropriate for that location.
