and ask: (a) does
the Department of Corrective Services keep a record of any diagnosed behavioural concerns, and: (i) if not, why not; (ii) if so, are those records audited and if so, by what agency or organisation; (iii) if so, are plans put in place to address those behavioural concerns; and (iv) if yes to (iii), do they include potential clinical responses to those concerns?
