2008-09: Average FTE 338.70 of which a total of 70 people were enrolled in a traineeship for their Certificate III in customer contact.
2009-10: Average FTE 305.78 of which a total of 10 people were enrolled in a traineeship for their Certificate III in customer contact.
2010-11: Average FTE 340.56 of which Synergy had 72 staff enrolled a traineeship. 49 as part of the Certificate III in customer contact, 1 staff member enrolled in Certificate III in finance and 22 Staff enrolled in Certificate IV in frontline management.
