CANNABIS CONTROL ACT 2003 — STATUTORY REVIEW
I refer to the statutory review of the Cannabis Control Act 2003. (1) Has the government accepted the review’s recommendations; and, if not, which recommendations has the government not accepted? (2) Is the government’s intention to introduce a bill to Parliament to give effect to those recommendations that propose legislative change; and, if not, why not? (3) If yes to (2), what is the drafting priority for such legislation and when will it be introduced to Parliament? Hon SUE ELLERY
