(d) if that information is not available in the Department of Sport and Recreation, will the Minister find it out through application to the banking service of the Department of Sport and Recreation, and
(i) if not, why not; and
(e) given these monies appear to have been misplaced or misappropriated, will the Minister investigate this issue and determine the ultimate recipient of the monies, and
(i) if not, why not?
