(1) If the member
is referring to 399 Lord Street, Mt Lawley, being crown reserve 7337, then yes.
The member should note that the information requested is publicly available
from Landgate.
(2) The reserve is managed by the
Department of Corrective Services.
(3) This part of
the question will need to be referred to the Minister for Heritage as the
minister responsible for the state Register of Heritage Places.
