I refer to the historically light workload of the Premier compared with all other past Premiers, with the exception of Peter Dowding, and the difficulties being experienced by some of his ministers, particularly the Minister for State Development; Tourism; and Small Business, whose workload is clearly excessive. (1) Will the Premier either increase the size of the Cabinet; or (2) Take on additional portfolios himself; and, if not in either case, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
