1306. Hon KATE DOUST to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
(1) Are the
residential properties on Forillion Avenue in Bibra Lake and Peterborough Circle
in North Lake within the development envelope of the Roe 8 project?
(2) If yes to
(1), have residents been advised their properties may be affected by this
project?
(3) Will
acquisition of properties at Forillion Avenue and Peterborough Circle be required
for the project to go ahead?
(4) Will the
metropolitan region scheme have to be amended to accommodate these properties?
