I refer the Leader of the House to the question without notice I asked yesterday about whether cabinet had made a decision to seek an amendment to Standing Order No 230. In his reply, the Leader of the House stated that cabinet deliberations were confidential. I now ask whether cabinet decisions, as opposed to deliberations, are confidential? Hon KIM CHANCE
