I refer to correspondence from the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office to Mr Aloise Leitner with their reference number 202010149, and to correspondence received by and from the previous Health Minister on the same matter, regarding an allegation of refusal of service at Kellerberrin Hospital, and I ask: (a) what was the nature and details of the complaint; (b) was Mr Leitner refused service and, if so, by whom; (c) was Mr Leitner seen or assessed by nursing or medical staff and, if so, by whom and what was the outcome; and (d) if there was a refusal of service: (i) why was service refused; (ii) what alternatives to service at Kellerberrin Hospital were offered; and (iii) how was the patient assisted to seek alternative services?
