In relation to the approval under the previous State Government of funding for the In The City music festival for Perth, I ask:
(a) on what date did Eventscorp and Tourism Western Australia determine and advise that the In The City event would not proceed or be funded;
(b) on what date did negotiations with Sunset Events and/or any other organisers of the One Movement for Music begin;
(c) given that the State election was called on 7 August 2008 and the Government then went into caretaker mode, can the Minister confirm that on 8 August 2008 Tourism Western Australia were referring in correspondence to In The City as an iconic music event for Western Australia and the broader region?
(d) please list all officials at Eventscorp and Tourism Western Australia involved in any negotiations on the continuation or folding of In The City since the Government went into caretaker mode, eliminating Ministerial direction, since 7 August 2008;
(e) please list all officials at Eventscorp and Tourism Western Australia involved in any negotiations on the One Movement Festival since Government went into caretaker mode and the formation of the minority Liberal Government, since 7 August 2008?
