NUMBAT HABITATS — PRESCRIBED BURNING PROGRAM
267. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the minister representing the
Minister for Environment:
I refer to remarks attributed to the
minister in an ABC online news article of 13 May 2021 titled ''WA
Environment Minister to visit scene of DBCA's
Perup burn-off amid fears for numbats''. I refer to the Department of
Biodiversity , Conservation and Attractions' internal review into
the matter.
(1) Has DBCA
completed the review; and, if not, when is the department likely to complete
the review?
(2) Will the minister direct that the review be made
public in a full and unredacted form; and, if not, why not?

(2) No. The
