Response time
35 days
(1-2) The funding for St John Ambulance WA Ltd (SJA) under the contract (C06423) is for the provision of:
(a) all road based patient transport services provided by SJA throughout the Service Area; and
(b) The State Operations Centre and all ancillary services that are required for the delivery of the patient transport service in (a) above.
The contract has clearly defined response time key performance indicators for the metropolitan area and country career sub centres.
It is noted that the provision of Non-Emergency Inter Hospital Patient Transport in Metropolitan Perth is provided by SJA under a separate contact (HCNS120214).
