The Department of Housing advises:
(1) Social Housing - 23 commencements (9 completed to 31 March 2010 with a further 14 expected to complete by 30 June 2010).
Government Regional Office Housing (GROH) - net increase 4.
(2) Social Housing - 21 planned completions in 2010/11
GROH - net increase in 2010/11 will be 27
Net additions beyond 2010/11 are dependent upon identification of sites, availability of funding and in the case of GROH, Government agency demand.
