FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES AUTHORITY CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER — CRAIG HYNES — RESIGNATION
I have a question on behalf of Hon Ed Dermer, who is out of the chamber on urgent parliamentary business. I refer to the recently announced resignation of Craig Hynes, chief operations officer of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority. (1) Under what contract was Mr Hynes employed and what are the termination clauses within Mr Hynes’ contract? (2) Should another position not be found within the public sector for Mr Hynes, will Mr Hynes receive a lump sum payout as a result of his resignation? (3) If yes to (2), what is the total amount of this payout? (4) If yes to (2), what are the details and amounts of the component parts of the total amount? Hon DONNA FARAGHER
