(1) Since the 10 February 2001, have any public sector employees been required against their will to take their Long Service Leave?
(2) If the answer to (1) is yes -
(a) is it government policy for this to occur;
(b) how many employees in which departments have been affected;
(c) have the provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1958 been fully complied with in each case;
(d) which, if any, positions have not been occupied while the incumbent is on long service leave;
(e) which, if any, positions have been taken up by consultants while the incumbent is on long service leave;
(f) which, if any, positions have been taken up by contract personnel while the incumbent is on long service leave;
(g) which, if any positions have been taken up by temporary employees while the incumbent is on long service leave; and
(h) which, if any positions have been taken up by employees acting in a higher capacity while the incumbent in on long service leave?
