Counselling": (i) If yes, when will the funds be released to Allambee, via what agency and what is the breakdown of funding over the forward estimates; (ii) If yes, has the Minister or representatives of the Minister's office, departments or agencies had any meetings with Allambee to discuss this funding commitment; (iii) If yes, is the $1million tied to any material outcome or service delivery by Allambee; and (iv) If no, why not?
