My question is again to the Minister for Health. I refer to the health budget, which was publicised by The West Australian this week. If the article is accurate, it shows a real increase in the health budget of 2.9 per cent. (1) Is that accurate? (2) If that is the case, is it likely that that increase will be taken up primarily by the new enterprise bargaining agreements for doctors, nurses and salaried officers - including the new doctors’ increases - and capital works commitments to the Reid report? (3) Given the commitments the minister has already made, is it likely that there will be no increase to the service delivery within the health budget? (4) Will the minister clarify exactly what is the extent of the real increases in this year’s health budget? Mr J.A. McGINTY

(1)-(4) The member for Murdoch has not got much else right lately, and I suggest that he does not have this right either.
