I refer to the Perth Park Business Case Summary and the Government’s media statement, which describe a multi-use track designed to support use by FIA-approved Supercars, cycling criterium, community sport and an annual motorsport street circuit event, and I ask: (a) Of the $217.5 million capital budget, what is the estimated cost specifically attributable to making the track and precinct motorsport-ready for an FIA-approved Supercars street circuit, including: (i) track pavement and geometry; (ii) motorsport-grade kerbing; (iii) barriers, fencing and safety systems; (iv) pits, paddock, garages and technical facilities; (v) motorsport lighting and electrical systems; and (vi) any additional noise mitigation or crash-protection works; (b) What proportion (percentage) of the total Perth Park capital cost is attributable to motorsport-specific works as opposed to general community and non-motorsport uses; and (c) What is the scheduled timing (start and completion dates) for the delivery of each major motorsport element, and what is the earliest date by which the precinct is expected to be capable of hosting a Supercars event?
