(2) If not, why not?

(4) What were the findings of this inquiry?
(5) Was Mr. Tingay paid for his work on the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge study, and if so, how much?
(6) What was the scope of the work that Mr. Tingay carried out?
(7) Did the Inquiry find that Mr. Tingay was paid for his work on the Smiths Beach proposal, and what the scope of that work was?
