I refer to the backflip by the Government on the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act and regulations and the costs associated with its development, and I ask: (a) how many Local Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Services (LACHS) have been registered; (b) how many prescribed Body Corporates or other Aboriginal entities have recieved grants to establish (LACHS); and (c) what is the total spend in (b)?
