Electricity and water connections can be varied and complex, depending on the nature of the project and its location. Engagement with service providers commences as early as the subdivision stage for land development projects or concept design stage for built form projects, with the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), or relevant approval authority, referring subdivision and/or development applications to service providers and relevant local governments for advice on relevant servicing requirements prior to providing development or subdivision approval.
Below is a list of DevelopmentWA project locations where power and water connections are currently being worked through with the relevant service providers:
Fremantle, Mirrabooka, Kalgoorlie, Albany, Hamilton Hill, Bentley, Kwinana, Parmelia, Yanchep, Alkimos, Hilbert/Haynes, Beaconsfield, Wattleup, Subiaco, Kununurra and Hope Valley.
