HOUSING DIVERSITY
PIPELINE
1364. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to the
housing diversity pipeline announced in 2022, which listed 12 sites for
development and has yet to see any building construction start.
(1) When will a single
home be built at any of the original 12 sites under the housing diversity
pipeline?
(2) How many
expressions of interest have been received under the HDP round 2?
(3)
Will the invitations to submit detailed proposals under the HDP round 2 be issued
before the government enters caretaker mode?
