I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the first question. I could say I am a big fan! On behalf of the
Minister for Climate Action, I provide the following answer.
(1) No.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) The
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has not been requested to make
a submission. The Western Australian government continues to liaise closely
with commonwealth agencies to ensure matters
of strategic importance to the state are considered in development of national
legislation and policy.
