I refer to the Yilgarn Avenue and Northam Cranbrook Road intersection in Northam, and I ask: (a) Has the Minister for Transport, or anyone in her office, received a briefing from Main Roads WA regarding the Yilgarn Avenue and Northam Cranbrook Road upgrade: (i) If so, will the Department of Transport develop this intersection; (b) Please provide a timeline for this development; (c) Please outline the estimated costs for this development, inclusive of all associated expenses (e.g., planning, construction, community consultation, etc.); and (d) What community consultation has taken place or is planned regarding this project? If none, why not?

(a)-(d) Main Roads has had discussions with interested stakeholders including local farmers, hay carters and the Shire of Northam regarding alternative access between Northam Cranbrook Road and Great Eastern Highway.
