I refer to the hospital code yellow emergencies, and I ask:
(a) Please provide the total number of code yellows issued by health service providers, in the Perth metropolitan area, with a breakdown by hospital for the months of July, August, September, October, November and December 2024 and for each month of 2025 to date; and
(b) Please provide the total number of code yellows issued by health service providers, in regional areas, with a breakdown by hospital for the months of July, August, September, October, November and December 2024 and for each month of 2025 to date?
