With regard to Woodside Energy's current program of work at Walmadany James Price Point and the very real prospect of the existence of Aboriginal heritage sites in the area, I ask —
(1) Is Woodside in receipt of a Section 18 clearance and Ministerial consent to undertake its ground disturbing work at Walmadany James Price Point?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), what are the conditions of the consent?
(4) Is the Minister aware of any breach of the
Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972
by Woodside at the Walmadany James Price Point site or any contravention of Section 17 of the Act?
(5) If yes to (4), what are the details of the breaches and what actions have been taken against Woodside as a result?
